Today actually started off great.
I didn't over sleep. I got right up, got dressed and was able to get my entire 30 minutes on the treadmill. I broke a good sweat.
I made my usual breakfast (2 eggs, real cheese, 2 bologna) and had a Diet Coke. I took the Diet Coke with me to work. Well I took it with me in the truck but it was gone by the time I got to work.
About 8:30 I cracked another Diet Coke like usual. I worked really hard last night and today trying to get as much traffic to this blog as I could. Every little extra second I had went in to trying to build this up. I hope something works.
For lunch I had a salad (as you can tell I love salads). My salad today had Iceberg Lettuce, Bacos, real shredded cheese, sliced pickle, and sliced ham. I finished it off with my Peppercorn Ranch. Delicious! I also had a 16oz water. While I was eating my salad, my coworker, the food bringer, came in. I was exstatic! He actually brought me some smoked ribs with no sauce because he knew I could eat them. There were (notice I am saying were) two small portions of ribs. They were excellent with my salad!
I waited till around 3:30 to eat my 100 calorie yogurt and drink my protein shake. It seems to curb my night time appetite better when I eat these later in the day.
After work I went home and threw a couple of Cube Steaks in the pan with garlic and Montreal Steak Seasoning. I coated the pan with Pam and started searing them up. I also made Pea Salad, French Style Green Beans, and Whole Grain Wheat Rice.
I had only a small scoop of the rice, one steak, two scoops of Pea Salad, and one scoop of Green Beans. I also cut up some block Sharp Chedder.
Just a few more days until I get to weigh in again. I think I am going to start taking pictures of the scale so you guys know I'm not fibbing. I am also going to try and get a camcorder and start filming some of what I do and some other stuff.
